What are my shipping options?
Our shipments are made personally at the window, without applications that may cause inconveniences in money transactions
What information do I need?
We will ask for your name, address, email address, mobile phone number and date of birth. We use this information to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent transactions. Your information is stored securely and is not shared.
Where are money shipments picked up?
Money withdrawals can be made in person at the windows of the different paying banks and/or exchange houses, depending on the country of destination, and transfers can also be made directly to bank accounts in the name of the recipient.
How long does it take to send money?
Latinos Remesas is committed to delivering funds to your beneficiary as quickly as possible and most transfers are available within minutes. However, this may vary by country. At the end of your transaction, you will be provided with the specific time window in which the funds will be available for withdrawal.
How much money can I send?
How much money can I send? You can send up to $2,999.00 per money transfer. If you wish to send more than this, we ask that you provide us with additional information, including identification and other necessary documentation that will help us ensure a safe, BSA-compliant transfer.
What is acceptable identification to pick up money at an agent location?
For your protection and to comply with regulatory requirements, you must have an accepted form of government-issued photo identification to withdraw money at an agent location Acceptable identification includes: all passports driver's license government issues proof-of-age cards for those over 18; and/or photo card
Does the recipient's name have to exactly match their government-issued ID?
For security reasons, many agent locations will not pay a transfer if the name on the receiver's ID does not exactly match. Please confirm your recipient's name as it appears on their ID. If your receiver still has this problem, please contact us
What hours is the service available?
Money transfers are in person, you can come to our branch from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9:45 pm and Sunday from 8 am to 8:45 pm

Why do you request personal information during the registration process?
We require your personal information to authenticate your identity. This helps us to ensure your personal and financial security and also to prevent fraud.
Can I send money to someone under 18?
No. Both you and the recipient must be over 18 years of age.
